The Space 
Bawa House was conceived as a counterpoint to dense development in Bali, showing that contemporary living can remain connected to nature, with minimal impact on its surroundings. The architecture is guided by a simple idea: to live with the environment, not against it.

The home sits lightly on the land, elevated on stilted foundations and surrounded by a lush, layered garden. What was once a barren plot has been reimagined into a living environment—trees, filtered light, and open air shaping the experience throughout the day.

Layout
A composition of three interconnected volumes, Bawa House unfolds through walkways, gardens, and shifting levels. Each space is intentionally placed, creating moments of openness, privacy, and perspective

1. Main Building (central area)
Located closest to the entrance, this is the primary shared space:
‣ Living area, dining area, and kitchen
‣ Bedroom 1 (Master): faces the pool, includes an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub
‣ Bedroom 2: en-suite bathroom, positioned near the entrance side of the house

2. Bedroom 3 (standalone)
Located separately near the pergola/garden area
‣ Includes its own en-suite bathroom
‣ Positioned slightly further from the main building, offering more privacy
‣ Access requires a short walk through the outdoor garden

3. Bedrooms 4 & 5 (secondary building)
Located in separate structures, next to each other:
‣ Bedroom 4: includes a private en-suite bathroom
‣ Bedroom 5: does not have an en-suite bathroom -Designed as a flexible space with a foldable bed (can be tucked away). includes a dedicated desk, often used as a workspace
‣ Access to this building also requires walking through the outdoor area.

4. Outdoor spaces
The property also features several outdoor areas designed for gathering and relaxation:
‣ Pergola: a standalone shaded structure located in the front garden near the entrance—ideal for casual gatherings or quiet moments throughout the day
‣ Pool area: a central swimming pool set within the garden, with sun loungers and daybeds for relaxing

Entire Place Use
The whole space of the property is private. You will have private access to the entire space of the house. All yours.

Pererenan offers a quieter rhythm—close to Canggu, but slightly removed from its density. From Bawa House, you’re within easy reach of some of the area’s best spots:

Getting around is easy. Many nearby cafés and spots are within walking distance. For longer distances, we recommend using a scooter or ride-hailing apps such as Go-Jek or Grab for a quick and convenient way to explore the area.

Our on-site team has a designated staff area near the entrance and remains available during working hours to assist throughout your stay. For added privacy, guests may request specific times or days without staff presence in advance.

• Bed configuration
Bedrooms 1, 2 & 4: 180 × 200 cm beds
Bedrooms 3 & 5: 160 × 200 cm beds

• Breakfast
Breakfast is not included at the moment. However, our team can assist with grocery shopping and simple preparation at your request (groceries at guest’s expense).

• Coffee
A Nespresso machine is available, with 10 complimentary pods per stay. Additional pods can be arranged upon request (extra cost).

• Welcome refreshments
Upon arrival, we provide a small selection of complimentary items such as fruits, soft drinks, ice, and light snacks for you to enjoy.

• Outdoor cooling system
A cooling system is installed in the pool deck area for added comfort during warm days. Our team can assist with operating it as needed.

• Indoor air conditioning
Each bedroom is equipped with its own AC unit, and the indoor living area has two AC units. Please use them mindfully to prevent condensation.

• Speaker use
A speaker is available for use. We kindly ask guests to be mindful of volume levels and respect the surrounding neighborhood.

• Stay with Pets
Pets are allowed upon prior approval only. A pet security deposit of IDR 5,000,000 per pet applies.

• Events
Small, intimate gatherings are allowed with prior approval. Loud parties or high-noise events are not permitted, out of respect for the neighborhood and the property.

• Smoking
Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas only. Please avoid smoking inside the house and dispose of cigarette waste responsibly.

• Sheet and towel change
Bed linen and towels are changed every 2 days. Daily changes can be arranged upon request with an additional laundry fee.

• Damages
Guests are responsible for any damages and lost items caused during the stay. Please inform us promptly should anything occur.

• Parking
Space available for 1 car only and several motorbikes/2-wheelers.

• Number of Overnight Guests
Maximum capacity is 10 guests. Additional guests (including children above 2 years old) are subject to an extra charge of IDR 1,500,000 per person, per night, inclusive of an extra single bed.

• Date changes
Requests to reschedule must be made at least 14 days prior to check-in. Any changes beyond this will follow the original booking policy.

• Nature & environment
Bawa House is designed to live with its natural surroundings. As part of a tropical environment, you may encounter insects or small animals during your stay. Regular pest control is in place, but this is part of the setting.

• Safety & responsibility
While the property is designed for comfort and ease, guests are responsible for their own safety during their stay, including the use of the pool, stairs, and open areas. Guests are responsible for securing doors and personal belongings during their stay. Children should be supervised at all times, particularly around the pool and outdoor areas.

• Complaints & concerns
Our on-site operational manager is available to assist throughout your stay. Should anything require attention, please let the team know promptly so it can be addressed. If no concerns are raised during the stay, we will assume everything is in order.
