THE SPACE
Scandi‑minimalist with industrial accents. Bright whites, warm wood, clean lines, and greenery balanced by polished concrete and black steel. Floor‑to‑ceiling windows connect the living, dining, and kitchen to a private plunge pool area. Calm, uncluttered spaces and air conditioning throughout keep the space cozy and restful.

Sleeping arrangement note
- Two bedrooms on the ground floor, each with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom (ideal for up to 4 guests).
- For a 5-guest stay, we have a single bed on the mezzanine (primarily used as a workspace). Please note that the mezzanine does not have its own bathroom and access via stairs (as in the photo); the 2 bathrooms are the en-suites in the ground-floor bedrooms.

*Good to know when traveling with children:
- The stairs to the loft are steep and without proper railing/fencing.
- The pool sits directly beside the living/dining area and is unfenced. Please keep the sliders closed.

ENTIRE PLACE USE
The whole space of the property is private. You will have private access to the entire space of the Villa. All yours.

- The parking space can only accommodate two-wheelers (scooters/motorbikes/bikes). We do not have a parking space for car.

- Fresh bedding/bed linen and towels at check-in. If you stay longer than 3 nights, bed linen are changed 2x a week and towels are changed 3x a week. If you require daily changes for sheets and towels, please be advised that there will be an additional charge for express laundry services.

- Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. In the event of any damage, please inform the host.

- The maximum number of guests allowed to stay is 4 people.

- Rescheduling or changing the reservation dates will only be accepted if the guest makes the request at least 30 days before the scheduled check-in date.

To be Noted:
- Kindly note that there is an ongoing neighbor construction project next to us. The intensity of noise will vary depending on the specific activities taking place on any given day. While some days may involve minimal and non-disruptive finishing work, there may be occasions where more disruptive activities, such as drilling and hammering, take place, resulting in audible noise reaching the villa.
