THE SPACE

Jiwa Kayu 2 is arranged over two levels, with the living area, dining table, and kitchen together downstairs. Windows along two sides bring in natural light and views of the planting outside, while glass doors open onto the porch.

The bedroom sits upstairs beneath a high-pitched ceiling, with a desk, bedside reading lights, and air conditioning. Its open loft layout keeps it connected to the floor below.

The private courtyard/garden extends beyond the porch, with leafy borders and lounging chairs among the greenery. A lovely spot for morning coffee or an afternoon outdoors, enjoying the island breeze.

Please note that the bedroom is located upstairs and is accessible by stairs only. Guests should be comfortable using stairs during their stay, and the villa may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.

You will have access to the entire space of the apartment privately. Feel free to use and enjoy every facility our place offers

RESPECT CHECK-OUT TIME

If you would like a late check-out, please contact us in advance. It is subject to availability and confirmation from our team.

For guests who remain at the property beyond the agreed check-out time without prior approval, an additional charge will automatically apply:

After 12:00 PM: 50% of the nightly rate

From 4:00 PM onwards: 70% of the nightly rate

From 6:00 PM onwards: Full nightly rate

These charges also apply when personal belongings remain in the villa and prevent our housekeeping team from beginning the scheduled turnover.

We appreciate your understanding, as timely check-out helps us prepare the home properly and ensure the same welcoming experience for every arriving guest.

-- Parking space available for 1 small car.

-- The street leading to the villa is narrow. Please be mindful when traveling by car.

-- If you stay longer than 3 nights, bed linen are changed 2x a week and towels are changed 3x a week. If you require daily changes for sheets and towels, please be advised that there will be an additional charge for express laundry services.

-- Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. In the event of any damage, please inform the host.

-- The maximum number of guests allowed to stay is 2 people. For each additional guest and kids above 2 years, there will be an extra charge of IDR750,000 per person per night, which includes an extra bed.

-- Bringing pets is only allowed with the approval of the host.

-- Rescheduling or changing the reservation dates will only be accepted if the guest makes the request at least 30 days before the scheduled check-in date.

-- Bali’s tropical climate and high humidity create the lush environment the island is known for. With the villa’s greenery and outdoor setting, you may occasionally encounter insects or small animals such as geckos, dragonflies, or grasshoppers. This is a natural part of staying in Bali’s tropical surroundings.
