*OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
-- There are around 50 flights of stairs getting to the villa. Please be mindful when you travel with lots of luggage and children.
-- Important Note: There is currently maintenance work being carried out on the property’s water well, which may cause some noise during the day. The work is limited to daytime hours only. We apologize in advance for any disturbance and appreciate your understanding.
-- The distance is approximately around 50 meters from the bike parking to get to the Zen River House
-- Only scooter/motorbike parking available
-- Fresh bedding/bed linen and towels at check-in
-- If you stay longer than 3 nights, bed linen are changed 2x a week and towels are changed 3x a week. If you require daily changes for sheets and towels, please be advised that there will be an additional charge for express laundry services.
- If you bring a lot of luggage, please let us know in advance, and we can arrange for our staff to help you with the luggage

RESPECT CHECK-OUT TIME
If you would like a late check-out, please contact us in advance. It is subject to availability and confirmation from our team.

For guests who remain at the property beyond the agreed check-out time without prior approval, an additional charge will automatically apply:

After 12:00 PM: 50% of the nightly rate
From 4:00 PM onwards: 70% of the nightly rate
From 6:00 PM onwards: Full nightly rate

These charges also apply when personal belongings remain in the villa and prevent our housekeeping team from beginning the scheduled turnover.
