The layout is inspired by a traditional Balinese compound, where each room stands as its own, and movement between spaces (from bedroom to living) is through the outdoor open-air.

ENTIRE PLACE USE
The whole space of the property is private. You will have private access to the entire space of the Villa. All yours.

-- Housekeeping/cleaning service included 2x a week. Pool maintenance 2x a week. & Gardening service 1x a week.

-- The parking space can comfortably accommodate 1 car and scooters/motorcycles.

-- Fresh bedding/bed linen and towels at check-in.

-- Bed linen are changed 1x a week and towels are changed 2x a week. If you require daily changes for sheets and towels, please be advised that there will be an additional charge for express laundry services.

-- Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. In the event of any damage, please inform the host.

-- The maximum number of guests allowed to stay is 4 people. For each additional guest and kids above 2 years old, there will be an extra charge of IDR750,000 per person per night, which includes an extra bed.

-- Rescheduling or changing the reservation dates will only be accepted if the guest makes the request at least 30 days before the scheduled check-in date.

RESPECT CHECK-OUT TIME
If you would like a late check-out, please contact us in advance. It is subject to availability and confirmation from our team.

For guests who remain at the property beyond the agreed check-out time without prior approval, an additional charge will automatically apply:

After 12:00 PM: 50% of the nightly rate
From 4:00 PM onwards: 70% of the nightly rate
From 6:00 PM onwards: Full nightly rate

These charges also apply when personal belongings remain in the villa and prevent our housekeeping team from beginning the scheduled turnover.
