THE SPACE

Villa Sehati 1 is a spacious two-storey private home in Central Canggu, built around a long swimming pool and garden.

At the heart of the villa is a generous enclosed living space with high timber ceilings and full-height glass doors running alongside the pool. The living room, dining area, and kitchen connect naturally as one large communal space, giving groups plenty of room to spend time together while remaining comfortably indoors.

The interiors are simple and generous in scale, with warm timber elements, high ceilings, large bedrooms, and plenty of natural light throughout.

You will have access to the entire space of the apartment privately. Feel free to use and enjoy every facility our place offers

RESPECT CHECK-OUT TIME

If you would like a late check-out, please contact us in advance. It is subject to availability and confirmation from our team.

For guests who remain at the property beyond the agreed check-out time without prior approval, an additional charge will automatically apply:

After 12:00 PM: 50% of the nightly rate
From 4:00 PM onwards: 70% of the nightly rate
From 6:00 PM onwards: Full nightly rate

These charges also apply when personal belongings remain in the villa and prevent our housekeeping team from beginning the scheduled turnover.

We appreciate your understanding, as timely check-out helps us prepare the home properly and ensure the same welcoming experience for every arriving guest.

-- Bed linen and towels are changed every 3 days if you stay longer than 3 nights. Extra charge applies if you require daily change.

-- Guests are responsible for any damages caused by them during their stay. In case of any damage occurs please inform the host :)

-- Bringing pets is only allowed with the approval of the host

-- The maximum number of guests allowed to stay is 8 people. For each additional guest and kids above 2 years old, there will be an extra charge of IDR750,000 per person per night, which includes an extra bed.

-- Rescheduling or changing the reservation dates will only be accepted if the guest makes the request at least 30 days before the scheduled check-in date.

-- Villa Sehati 1 sits beside a lively padel court, so you may hear the occasional sound of games and activity throughout the day. It’s part of the energy of the area and something to keep in mind if you’re especially sensitive to outside noise.
